Zoom Screen Sharing on Mac
During technical consultations, our technicians may request to view your screen via Zoom to assist with layout adjustments or mail settings. On macOS, you must enable permissions for screensharing to function:
- Click the Apple Logo in the top left corner of your screen → select System Settings (or System Preferences).
- Navigate to Privacy & Security → scroll and select Screen Recording.
- Find Zoom (or Zoom.us) in the list and toggle the switch to ON.
- You may be prompted to enter your administrator password.
- If Zoom is open, click "Quit & Reopen" to apply the changes. You will now be able to share your screen in our support meeting.
